SHIPPING POLICY
All items sold on our store are pre-order items and are made to order. We do not keep inventory sitting on shelves. Every order enters production only after it has been placed and is manufactured in the order it is received.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, please allow 1–4 business weeks for production and shipment.
During product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, production may require an additional 2–3 business weeks. While we always strive to complete orders as quickly as possible, these extended timeframes help ensure every order receives the attention and quality it deserves.
Production & Shipping
All products are pre-order and made to order.
Orders are produced in the order they are received.
Standard production time is 1–4 business weeks.
During high-volume periods, an additional 2–3 business weeks may be required.
Shipping transit time begins only after your order has completed production and has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Order Combining
Orders are processed individually. We do not combine multiple orders into a single shipment, even if they are placed by the same customer or shipped to the same address.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all items are pre-order, made-to-order products, that production begins after purchase, that orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and that production may take 1–4 business weeks, with an additional 2–3 business weeks during high-volume periods.
