Processing Times
All orders are made to order. Most orders ship within 1–10 business days, though processing times may vary during high-volume releases, holidays, or pre-order periods.
Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page whenever applicable. Items ship out of Ohio.

We may place and withdraw any items at any time from The Vault.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Order issues caused by inaccurate shipping information will not be refunded.

If an inaccuracy is spotted, please contact @deadendsupport within 24 hours to correct it.
Address changes cannot be updated once an order enters production or has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is ultimately handled by that carrier.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
What blanks do you print on?
Most products are printed on premium heavyweight blanks, including:
Gildan Hammer (6 oz)
Comfort Colors (6.1 oz)
Shaka Wear (7.5 oz)
Other premium blanks depending on the product

Printing Method?
Unless otherwise stated, our garments are printed using premium Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology. We use professional-grade equipment that produces sharp detail, vibrant colors, and durable prints comparable to traditional screen printing.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was received
There is a manufacturing defect
Please double-check sizing before placing your order.
Are these designs original?
Every design is specifically made by me for DeadendSupply. If these designs are located elsewhere, please contact deadendsupport@gmail.com.
Combined Shipping on Orders
We do not combine shipping. Separate orders will require separate shipping.
