All items are released as limited weekly drops. Products are available for 7 days, starting Monday.

Pre-Orders
All items are produced after the drop closes. Please allow us up to 3 business days of down time to finalize quantities and prep production.

This allows us to manufacture exactly what was ordered and avoid excess stock.

Production Time: 1-5 business days after the downtime.

Refund & Return Policy

Because all items are produced made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled any time within the 7 day drop window. After this window, your order is automatically submitted for production and can no longer be cancelled.

Pre-Order Items
All products are part of limited drops and are manufactured after the drop ends. Because of this process, all sales are final once production begins.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement when possible.
